Refund policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Our return policy is as follows:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to obtain a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return has been authorized, we will provide you with clear instructions for returning the product. You will also be provided with an expected processing timeline for your return.
- Please note that shipping costs for returns will be at your own expense, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. We begin processing orders as soon as we receive them, so if you need to cancel please let us know right away.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, please re-order and request the original order to be cancelled. Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
- All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once the product has been shipped, delivery is out of our hands. Please refer to your tracking number and local delivery carrier if you experience any issues.
- If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- We recommend following these best practices for return policies:
- Ensure that your return policy is easy to find on your website. If you donât accept returns, this must be clearly stated as well
- Provide clear instructions for returns, including expected processing timelines ......We aim to get your order cut, painted (if applicable) and shipped just as soon as possible. We begin the process as soon as possible. That said, if you need to make a change or cancel- please do so right away.
- Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
- If you notice you have made an error on your ship to address, please re-order and request the original to be cancelled ASAP. Sadly there is no way to change the ship to address within the system and the likelihood of "catching" your request is small. Thank you for understanding!
- We cannot offer refunds on custom or personalized items. We recommend that you review all details and specifications carefully before placing your order. If there is an issue with the item due to an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
